House Rules
For Photo Shoots
Guest shall abide by the House Rules at all times while at the Premises and Guest shall ensure that all of its invitees upon the Premises abide by the following rules at all times:
Smoking Policy. SMOKING INSIDE THE PREMISES (within our Photo Studio and Outdoor Veranda) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. In the event that any person upon the Premises smokes any substance (including but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and marijuana), Guest will forfeit the entire Security Deposit, and shall further be responsible to pay any and all costs incurred to remediate, restore, or clean the Premises. Smoking is permitted within our parking lot and outside of the Premises only.
Parking. There are 5 tandem parking spots available within the gated area on spots marked “The Revery” on a first-come, first-serve basis. These parked spots are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted in the rental contract. There is also a parking lot steps away at 1756 Naud St and street parking. Trucks loading in and out cannot park in any of the other neighbor’s parking spots and they cannot park in the center of the lot so cars cannot go in and out. There will be a fine of $250 if there is a parking violation to these rules.
Loading/Unloading. Loading can be done within our gated area. Rolling carts and/or dollies are highly recommended. The Revery does not provide. To prevent damages, we highly recommend laying out ram board or using Mat Men or Board Brothers to set up protective barriers along the walls and floors. Any damage to the staircase, elevator, etc will come directly from the Security Deposit and/or the insurance policy.
Elevator Doors. When loading in and out, please do not hold the elevator door open with sandbags or any other objects. This can burn out the door motor which is extremely expensive. There is a red button that you can turn on to hold the door open for extended periods of time.
Vehicles in Outdoor Veranda. Cars, vans, trucks, trailers, etc are not allowed in the Outdoor Veranda without prior written approval. The concrete floors cannot handle the weight and will crack. Any damages will come out of the Security Deposit and an insurance claim will be made. Any vehicle caught without permission will incur a $500 fine.

Excess Cleaning Charges. In the event that the Photo Space is left excessively dirty upon check-out, Guest shall be subject to a deduction of not less than $150 from the Security Deposit as an excess cleaning fee. This includes pampas grass, confetti, glitter, fake snow, anything with small particles that end up everywhere.

If the space is impacted in perpetuity from food or drink, the client will be responsible for the cost of repair including repainting or exchange of finishes.
