How do you load in?

What is your address?

We have an easy load-in area within our gated area with marked parking spots.

Our address is 1700 Naud St, Unit C, Los Angeles, CA 90012. We share this address with 2 of our neighbors (not to be confused with 1700Naud which is an art gallery).

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, there is a refundable security deposit that is owed before the booking date. It will be refunded 24-hours after check out, provided there are no damages to the premises. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.

What is the security deposit used for?

The security deposit is only there to protect The Revery from smaller physical damages to the property that wouldn't go through insurance. We also need to ensure that the premises is maintained in the same condition for all our clients and this helps us to do that. We expect guests and clients to treat The Revery as if it were their own.

For photo shoots, Do you rent photo equipment?

We do not rent photo equipment but, we work with Edge Studios and OTMFC for rental equipment. They can coordinate drop-off to and pick-up from our photo studio. Please contact them directly.

For Events, what does your on-site manager do?

The on-site manager is the point of contact for the load-in and load-out process during set-up and tear-down, they ensure the space is clean at check-in, they oversee the check-in and check-out process, and for any emergencies, they are on-site to handle them immediately. Their responsibilities do not include coordinating with vendors or managing the event.

What are your requirements to reserve a date?

A certificate of insurance, a refundable security deposit, a reservation deposit that is equal to 25% of a full-day rate, and a signed contract are all required to reserve a date.

How many guests can The Revery hold for an event?

In our outdoor veranda, we can accommodate up to 180 seated guests and 250 standing guests. In our photo studio, we can accommodate 300 seated guests and 500 standing guests. Anything over 500 guests requires a special events permit from the City of Los Angeles.
